I dont think the Edmonton trade is lopsided but I have no faith in Puljujarvi. The Columbus trade favors the Rangers but you're still talking about a center who scored 2 goals in 75 games which is almost impossible and he makes almost $5mill for four more years. The Bruins trade is outright robbery.

If you switched the picks in the Kreider trade and retained half of Kreids salary, this would work, but I doubt Boston would give him up, even though I think he is drastically overrated up here in Boston.

Is that all it takes to get debrusk, I’m sure jets could work with that or any team up against the cap, would jump for debrusk, Vegas, wpg tor, if debrusk is moved I’m sure there’s a capdump present coming too

The Jackets trade is probably the best in terms of comparable value...of course Shatty is viewed as a dump- but he might be pretty effective in Columbus, Wennberg, on the other hand has had dwindling production...another 2G season out of him and his 4.9M cap hit will really be seen as an anchor.

In the EDM trade, JP is pretty much a throw in for what the rest of the trade is worth...I think EDM would rather see him take his ball and go home to Finland- rather than see him "find himself" in the NHL with another team as a throw in to any deal.

BOS trade: wishful thinking (and I am a NYR fan)...no way the Bruins trade a cost controlled top 6 player for another player who immediately exaggerates their own cap problem ...even though he gives something they can really use over the next 3-4 year window...unless the Rangers were to take back salary (which they are not really in a position to do) the Bruins are not really a great trade partner...if the money were to be worked out, starting point for talks would probably be a 1st + a mid tier prospect (10th -15th in Bruins pipeline)...or a 2nd + a top 5 prospect ...or Heinen + pick or prospect.

Wennberg gets 5 mil as a forward w two goals and the rangers throw in a pick, the asking price for pulilujarvi is a third line forward, and there’s an extension in the Kreider deal and debrusk is overrated. So ya, ????

Namestikov makes $4mill which is probably about twice what it should be. But at least it's just for this year.

Literally everyone on this post says the bruins trade is trash. Extensions aren't part of deals. It's happened like twice in the last decade, and Kreider just isn't that good. Career high of 53 points? Career high of 28 goals...with Debrusk getting 27 in 68 games last season...and you're saying Debrusk is overrated? Yikes. Your trades are trash. absolute trash. You know it, and everyone else on here knows it.

I don't know. As a Ranger fan I like the trade and I dont even like Puljujarvi. Edmonton doesn't even have much cap space, so it doesn't seem like a fit. But it makes more sense than that Bruins trade, rightt?
