Forsberg is about as untouchable as it gets

This is not to defend Laudan, I'm sure he's quite capable of doing his own defending... My opinion of Subban is that he's a high risk/high reward kind of player and for that reason alone I'd rather just find another D.
For me at least it has nothing to do with anything but that high risk/high reward thing.

Also I don't believe for a second they would trade Forsberg even though Nashville may want Marner.
Nashville needs to add more higher end skill to their forwards without losing Forsberg.

This has nothing to do with trade because I think its bad too. This has everything to do with the hate lauden shows in every subban to Toronto trade. Subban had a bad year because on injuries but looked better close to the regular season and playoffs and was once again was Nashville's best defenseman in the playoffs and that's saying a lot having josi Ellis and Ekholm as our other three defenseman. I understand the risk of trading for someone who was injured the year before but Subban had already started playing at a high level before the season ended.
