If Colorado's target is Dach they should be swapping picks with Detroit at 6 and acquiring additional picks. Detroit would be moving up to take Byram (assuming Chicago picks Turcotte) and Colorado would have either Dylan Cozens or Kirby Dach (whoever LA doesn't pick) still getting essentially if not the exact the same player.

As for the post, Varly's not coming back. Probably too much term on Pavelski, I wouldn't go higher than 3 years.

I thought their whole thing was taking the best player? if Byram is available at 4 they should be taking him from what the scouts were saying
