I know but my original statement is correct. If Detroit offer sheets Trouba for 6yrs @ $6.5 and Trouba signs it. The all Winnipeg has to do is match it and he stays in Winnipeg. If you disagree and say false like last time then I want you to copy and paste the section of the CBA that backs up your false statement.
