1. no
2. why would the blues every consider doing something like that? In case you haven't noticed they're going to be one of the last 4 teams standing.

I’m not sure the leafs are interested. Doesn’t help our needs or shed some of the contracts. No issue with the value of the trade.

Nah, Nylander is a cap dump after what he did Marner is in the deal or this never goes through.

What??? I get that Tank may not "help your needs" if you are referring to offensive production. But not helping you shed some contracts? Goodness gracious...you'd be acquiring the guy who has scored more goals in the last 5 years than every player not named Ovechkin at a cost of $7.5 million. That's a guy who is still young can dominate at times and won't cost you the $10 million average you get for similar production from Matthews and Marner. Toronto fans see the horde of gold they have with all of their young studs yet allow that gilded glare to blind them from making smart hockey moves.

Consider this Toronto fans: If you swap Marner for Tarasenko, you get a perennial 30 goal scorer who has for most of his career had pitiful center play receiving passes from Matthews all for about $2.5 to $4 million cheaper than Marner. How many goals do you think he scores with Matthews? 40? 50? Dubas should be on the phone as soon as the playoffs are concluded, but he won't and he'll take a team full of great youngsters who can't win in the playoffs and drive them into cap-hell. Have fun up there.

have you seen his stats? Tarasenko is top 5 player in driving the puck.... Tarasenko OZs% 58.3% Marner 52.5% and for CF% Marner has a 51.7% and Tarasenko 54.3% CF% Rel 12.6 Tarasenko Marner has a 5.7
FF% Rel for Marner 5.9
Tarasenko 12.6

So prove me wrong. Tarasenko is the better player, Marner gets a puck from someone and shoots it that's all he doesn't create any plays.

Tarasenko has 33 Goals to Marner's 26 Goals. Sure 93 Points on a line with Tavares 67 Assists of course that's gonna happen. Marner played a full season Tarasenko played 76 games. So please tell me how Marner is worth more than Tarasenko???

not even based on biasness. I pay attention to my advanced stats, and advanced stats say Tarasenko is better.

LOL you clearly don't watch Marner play if you think that. He's not a shooter. He's the one setting up all the plays and running the PP. so nice try on the evaluation there kid wink

Stats don't lie, and I watch Marner terrific player, but his player is boosted by Tavares. Sorry Bias can't be facts.
