I really want the Flyers to take a run at getting Spurgeon.

I hope the Wild didn't burn any bridges here so the can revisit this trade at the draft.

@Hedman77 This is pretty much my ideal offseason too. I don't think Kaprizov is an actual option to come over next year, but one can hope.

Zucker and Spurgeon are the two current Wild players I would be shopping the most, by far! Well, except for Rask...but that's not gonna happen.

I always keep coming back to I think the Flames tried to send Frolik to Minnesota and I think they were on the No list in the MNTC. I think the Flames have been annnoyed with Frolik’s agent and just want rid of him. He is still a good player though

What if you package Rask with Spurgeon?

Any idea what are they looking for...Picks? Prospects? Both? Forward or defense prospects preferable? What about goalie prospects?

I'd be all in favor of that...unless Rask would ruin the return potential of Spurgeon too much to make it beneficial to the Wild.

NHL-ready under 24 year olds, or high end prospects and/or picks. Maybe something like Philippe Myers and your 2019 1st.

Maybe if he comes with an extension, but I don't think they'd give up Myers AND their 1st. 2019 1st, Mark Friedman and Nic Aube-Kubel or German Rubtsov.

Not to start an argument here, but Spurgeon is easily worth Myers and the 1st. He's an exceptional player.
