I think Vancouver would accept that trade. Johansen is a local boy and 1st round pick defenceman to add to our thin D corps, the 2nd pick and Jaskin is pretty comparable. I think you're overpaying here but if that was the offer, I do think, despite JV's potential, Benning would pull the trigger.

I figured it was an overpayment but van doesnt really have a reason to move him unless they get overpaid...
