As a side note I do NOT want to get rid of Phil, Love him to death and want him to be a Penguin for life. But with him being moveable and LA desperately needing scoring help in the top 6... This is the kind of trade that you get blown away by because of what all it opens up....

Given LA is out and looking for a top 6 scorer, Phil is coming off a 90 point season, and their only real options in Free Agency for a Legit top 6 are: Tavares, JVR, Neal and Statsny and I highly doubt they are that appealing after being swept... But Your so right Phil is so fat, that's why he was a massive part of a back to back cup champion and a leading scorer during those two years in the most clutch part of the season.

I quote him and also we dont need 5 LHD. Phil trade value is fine (dont listen to the others on here) but like you said we shouldnt trade him.

Phil isn't fat. His face is puffy, I believe that is from the Steroids. Remember he had cancer. So medically he probably has a waiver for them.
I don't know why so many people hate on Phil, great guy, score goals, good team mate.
