What i'm noticing is that some teams say they're rebuilding, and then out of nowhere they start becoming buyers, and then going back to rebuilding. It's pretty much like what the Habs are doing IRL.

These are not official rankings, just a fun look at where teams sit before we get into the official v3 season. Plus, this gives you a look at how we'll be creating the official rankings once the season gets started.
