I like the trades. Do not forgot about Ryan Poehling. I think he is closer to the NHL than most people think. Also we have good draft picks and should get Brady Tkachuck. He is a beast up front. Big and strong. So things can turn around in 2 yrs if Bergevin makes the proper trades. I also noticed you do not have Weber and Price in line up because they are injured. Those will be good pieces. Although, I really liked how Niemi played the last 2 games.

Very true but I’d love to give one more year to Poehling to develop his offensive prowess more. Also if we should say get Brady Tkachuck I would also let him stay there for a year and develop there is no rush. Niemi might get flipped at the deadline for a 6 or 7 for a team looking for insurance.

I like the trades. They'd be the start of something in Montreal and would help FLA to be very good. But I don't see FLA -- or really anybody — making as a good deal at the draft. If Max gets past tomorrow, Habs should kist sign him for for the duration and put an end to the uncertainty.

Tippet, 1st and 2nd is good for Pacioretty (might be able to get more but that would just be a bonus).
