I don't think we'd be in a hurry to take on Vladar. There's likely better backups we could get to mentor Tarasov after Elvis leaves the building.

We don't want Marner, Andersson alone would be an overpay for him. Vladar is worth more than that. We'd be keeping him if Markstrom is traded too.

Duehr for Saad is an interesting idea. If St. Louis wants to free up some cap space they might do that. With only 2 years left on his contract he might fit Calgary's future plans nicely too. It'd depend on how much untapped potential Calgary thinks Duehr has left.
