First of all, if Buch will sign that, he's not going anywhere. Let's get that straight off the top.

As for your offer, you're getting closer than your colleagues, but there's still some issues. The addition of Wahlberg is delightful, full marks. The problem is that 25 1st and Rosen... both being here taking up value would likely make the Blues do that elongated teeth inhale thing where they know you made an honest effort but they have some notes or bad news.

Long story short, your value is pretty banging, but not totally the right pieces. There's something here, but we're not there yet. No promise or anything, but you might even be able to get away with less combined "value" if that value is spent on a better fit for the Blues.
