I think I would take that shot as an Avs fan. I'd certainly like to pay less, but I'm a fan of adding Frost to Colorado’s roster.

I dont think that they go true rebuild by trading relative young-ish guys, playing amazing like koneckny or sanheim

Sanheim is 28 and Koneckny is 26, they might move the UFAs and older guys (Laughton, Atkinson), but those 2 are still young, signed to good deals beyond 23-24 and they're playing really well now (as a team as well), so doubt those two go anywhere, unless somebody gets goofy crazy with a ridiculous over offer.

Konecny is nice, but just a little over a year of him isn't returning that much from Winnipeg.

You're also about 3 or 4 years late on the Sanheim trade. The Jets have no need at all for an LHD to play behind Morrissey. Especially with the contract Sanheim has.
