We want a 1RD potential player who can play right now. We've got plenty of forwards that can play right now of similar quality, most are already in the lineup and U23 (Fantilli, Johnson, Sillinger, Chinakhov, Marchenko, Voronkov, and coming up: Brindley and Dumais, the latter of which almost made the team out of camp).

This is like the 12th "Jiricek to Buffalo" ACGM on here over the last 3 days, and the response is the same. We need high-quality defensemen coming back if we're trading out the only one we have in the organization on the right side. If you're not sending us Power or a top-3 pick, Columbus simply isn't interested.

Benson or more likely Power are really the only pieces Buf has that would get you Jiricek, if we were to trade him which we arent

He's only unhappy because he's not playing, that's it. That's the easiest f***ing thing to fix. He's under team control and has no leverage, so yes, we are still in position to make demands because ultimately we can just keep him.
