Keefe isn’t the problem and Berube certainly isn’t an answer. Berube likes physical players and while that fits Treliving’s desired play style, it doesn’t fit the roster. Berube could be a guy down the line, but right now it doesn’t make sense.

Stop acting like Keefe is the problem - he’s not. The roster just isn’t good enough defensively and the goaltending has been incredibly inconsistent. That’s nots his fault. Treliving needs to make a trade to address the defence before deciding Keefe’s future. Don’t overreact and run a good coach out of town.

If they move Elvis, Columbus probably considers. But as such, there just isn’t room on the roster for four goalies, and there’s no room in Cleveland with two actual prospects who need playing time (even if Cajan is only nominally a prospect, Jet Greaves absolutely is).

Is it tho? Isn’t that like a swap from like pick 25 to 36?
