Why would St. Louis have interest in Garland?

I'd have a hard time complaining about that return, even if it's not necessarily what I'd want from a trade in the offseason, when the market is a lot bigger.

We could use secondary scoring. If we're trading Buchnevich however, it doesn't make any sense because then we need 1/3rd of our primary scoring back along with secondary scoring.

We should move on from one of Leddy or Krug before acquiring another defenseman, especially a LD. We need Perunovich and probably Kessel in the lineup next season full time with Tucker as the 7th D. So if you don’t get a rid of Leddy or Krug, then you probably don’t get Skjei.

Also Sunny way too expensive.
