Pinto doesn;t have arb rights yet, and when frost gets 2.1 and lefreniere gets 2.35, Pinto probably gets less. And while 35 pts as a rookie is good, his two way play is iffy at best at this point.

The unfortunate thing for Pinto was Norris got hurt and missed basically the entire season. Had to play in an elevated role that he was probably not ready for yet, not to mention the line of Debrincat-Pinto-Batherson had no chemistry at all and DJ kept forcing it since we didn’t really have any other replacement. Pintos defensive game was actually the best of those 3, although that line really stunk lol

Ott is not trading Pinto. Not likely trading him to Boston if they do. And not likely to accept that if they did.

Pinto's two way play was a strength for him, wym? One of the best defensive forwards on the team.
