Description

Don't Frederic and Swayman have arbritration hearings?
They have like 5 million in cap space to resign both.
Boston still should be strong defensively, but will they get enough goals to make the playoffs.
Pasta, Marchand, Zacha, and Debrusk will score the most goals. Coyle and JVR will need to provide more goals. Thie second line will definitely be noticably weaker. The bottom 6 isn't going to score that much. Frederic I doubt scores 17 goals again. Lucic, Brown, and Greer together will provide around 20 goals. Geekie and Boqvist could score 10 goals each which could help. I have Boston missing the playoffs, but I won't be surprised if they somehow make it.

The centers are the weakest out of any potential playoff team in the EC. Might be arguably weaker than Minnesota too and we have all seen how much chance a team with weak centers perform.

Yeah not sure what the greatest decline in points in one season is for a team, but this Boston team might have that happen. Their centers are terrible. Forward depth is greatly depleted. They should be strong in goals allowed, but they might struggle offensively.
