That just might be the worst trade I have seen for the Canucks in a long time. You want the Canucks to downgrade from Demko to Allen, and then downgrade pick for Primeau? That is just awful. You clearly did not think things through... This post deserves a place in the hall of shame

That Canucks trade is a joke right? Like it has to be. You might as well just throw Hughes and Pettersson in there as well.

From what I have seen of Demko this year he is a pure cap dump. He spent most of the season in the AHL after passing through waivers unclaimed (or was he only there for a conditioning stint after injury?) Allen is at least an NHL quality stop gap and Primeau is still a good goalie prospect buried behind Monty and Allen. The issue with Primeau for next year is that he is no longer waiver exempt, hence the reason I moved him as part of the package. If you don't want him, that's fine we will just change up the package to Demko + 2nd for Allen.

This is just a horrendous take... He was injured for most of the year including the poor 15 games to start a year. 15 bad games doesn't turn a top 10 goalie into a cap dump. I'm also not sure what you're talking about when you say he spent most of the season in the AHL. He hasn't been in the AHL since 2018... I feel like you either don't know who Demko is, or you are talking about somebody else.... Primeau is also not a good goalie prospect. He is 23 and hasn't shown anything in the NHL, and his AHL numbers are pretty average. He is absolutely not worth downgrading from 9th overall to 15th overall. This is just a terrible proposal. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about

Edit: I'm pretty sure you are talking about Spencer Martin and I am having a big laugh over how you could have possibly mixed up Demko with Martin. How is that even possible. This has got to be the most uneducated take I have ever seen
