Holy **** when will it be figured out that Boston isn't trading Carlo.

A Garland buyout would be a really dumb move by Vancouver but guess that's no surprise considering they have Rutherford running the show.

Boston has zero chance of resigning Horvat this coming summer with the AAV he'll want, So Horvat is a pure rental. Therefore Don Sweeney isn't giving up Carlo and Lysell for a rental. Carlo is 26 years old coming off 5 major concussions already. Allvin/Rutherford would be crazy to take on that liability for Horvat.

That looks like a massive overpayment from Boston. They add where they're set (center) and substract from where they're shallow (right defense). That's just way too much value for a rental they can hardly afford next season.

Besides Schenn seems to have that inexplicable media value (like chiarot last year) and i think his value is much higher than we would normally expect
