Canucks decline. If they are moving guys like Schenn out, it means they are retooling/rebuilding, which means they would have no use extending a 30 year old defenseman. They would be better off keeping and extending Schenn instead, as he has fit great with the team and has stated that he has no desire to leave Van and wants to sign an extension. They would want picks for Schenn, probably asking for a 2nd as that seems to be the going rate for defensemen around the TDL.
