I think Pinto gets a bridge deal.. maybe like 2.5x3 or something along those lines.
I also think DeBrincat gets signed long-term, but if they cannot, then at least 2 years. 1 year is super risky.

Sens should do their best to try and lock up DeCat long term under his QO instead of a 1 year deal to UFA status. I could see Pinto getting 4mil with how well he has performed this season, but the number I would guess ends up a bit lower on a bridge deal. Zaitsev would be forced to be dumped, and with his NTC, assuming he waives, will very likely cost a first based on very limited dumping options. Sens might have to bite the bullet on a buyout though since I can’t see Zaitsev waiving for the teams that actually have cap space. Cap is supposed to rise to 83.5mil next year as well.
