For the package of those two you can give us our 1st back. If not, pass. Nothing in that package is worth moving those two

Yeah, thats what i would expect CHI to ask for. Obviously we would never do that because those 2 are not worth the top 10 pick, but makes sense for y'all to want it back. Thats why i tried to think of it as 2 separate trades based on a few other ones i saw on other threads. But, yeah trading with CHI will be hard for us cause the ask will always come back to the 1st, which I don't think Jarmo would part with.

Those two combined are most definetly worth our 1st back assuming it doesn't win the lottery. If the trade was post lottery and that pick was like 8th those two are easily worth that

If thats all we were sending then maybe, but we have a logjam at forward that we would look to leverage in any trade. We would have to move players out in order to bring another in. So when i said they arent worth the 1st, i mean they arent worth the 1st, a young bottom 4 defenseman, and 2 promising 22 year old players.

Either way, I was considering our 1sts this year and probably next as untouchable because it seems Jarmo has no intention on moving those. So i was just trying to make something work with out the 1st.

There isn't anything that would work. Hawks would move them to other teams willing to pay more. Foudy, in my opinion, is looking like a bust. HAwks already have a logjam on D and probably don't want Bean, and those picks aern't close to early enough to get it done
