  1. Schmidt, Nate
Détails additionnels:
There's been pretty much a consensus around here about this one

A great guy in the locker room but he is an offensive minded dman, it's a pity playing him on the 3rd pair with that amount of cap

LAK
  1. Dillon, Brenden
Détails additionnels:
I would like to see him stay but there is just no place for him on the left side. Samberg is cheaper and younger. Heinola needs to play this year as well, that is sure

If it's not the LAK, similiar trade could happen with NYI

  1. Reichel, Kristian
  2. Stanley, Logan
  3. Vesalainen, Kristian
  4. Choix de 2e ronde en 2022 (STL)
Détails additionnels:
Additional Details:
1) Dvorak as the Jets 2C. He isn't going to put together flashy amounts of points but what he should bring to the Jets top 6 is the defensive aspect they certainly need. The wingers are elite, defensive game is what is missing though. Could be sent to 3C once Perfetti gets ready for that 2C role. Always played for below average teams during his career, could work in WPG.

2) I'm sorry but Stanley is just so bad. He has the size and shoots a lot but that is pretty much all he does. If there's a team willing to give something to add size on LD, I'm okey with that. Could get a shot in MTL

3) Prospects in Vesalainen and Reichel
4.
NYR
  1. Scheifele, Mark
Détails additionnels:
Here it gets interesting. People might be wondering why would anyone want to trade Scheifele away. The problem is that there is a huge lack of motivation in Scheifele and Wheeler, not to mention that any hint of defensive play is absent.

Many Jets players (Connor, Dubois, Ehlers and Stastny) talked about this indirectly, not only mentioning the lack of effort of certain players but also talking about coaching and overall team efficiency. This "captain" duo needs to be split and I would muuuch rather see Wheeler go but I just don't really see it happening considering Wheeler's NTC list making him possibly traded to only 5 teams (not sure ARI is among them lol). Also retaining half of his salary would probably suck even more than have him for a full amount of cap with the offensive upside he still holds.

The leadership in this team needs to be reworked.

The only teams that Scheifele could be a good fit for are IMHO NYR, BOS, COL, CAR and MIN. After all consideration I found the assets the NYR could send back as the best suiting to WPG. Laf is pretty much obvious and Schneider will have a hard time getting a top 4 role on that stacked defense with Fox and Trouba. Therefore NYR could make him the odd man out.

Kings decline. There are better options out there for them.

I can't see the Habs taking that because of
1. The price they paid to acquire Dvorak
2. The fact that they barely know what they have in Dvorak as pretty much all the games he played was when the team was depleted with covid/injuries
3. Stanley & Vesalainen both aggravate the logjam at the positions the Habs are the most loaded at.
