Adding a little bit more size with Nichushkin (6'4), Zohorna (6'6), and Niederreiter (6'2, 215)

Mikheyev and Zohorna are also great skaters and add some desperately needed speed to the team

Trade rationale:

OTT: Get him off the team. I don't care where he goes, just get him off the team.

SEA: McGinn hasn't been a good Tanev replacement. He's worse offensively and not nearly as good defensively. Hopefully Francis (or any other GM) is an idi*t and takes his contract.

ANA: I really like Pettersson, but the Pens have too many d-men that are incompetent offensively, Pettersson may be the odd man out and makes sense for him to move to Anaheim as they're probably going to lose Hampus Lindholm in free agency.

CBJ: In a perfect world, the Pens would keep Zucker, but it's clear Sullivan won't put him alongside Sid and will staple him to Malkin or Carter, neither of which work well with him. It may be best to just move on

LAK: Carter playing more than 50 games means the Kings get the Pens '23 3rd instead of 4th.

He's worth a 1st regardless of what anyone says. That's just an objective fact.

25 years old, signed to a very reasonable contract, and is very good defensively. He's well worth a mid-to-late 1st round pick.

I don't like Kapanen at all, but he's still worth essentially what amounts to a pair of 3rd round picks.
