Sanheim doesn't have much value, so it's basically Konecny+1st for Chychrun, which is no where near what Arizona demands. You would have to add a top notch prospect like York and a middle round pick.

Soderstrom is expected to be a top-4 RD in the near future, so he probably has the same trade value as Sanheim (if not more) and has many more years under team control, so as @pbesner30 says, this trade is no more than Chychrun for Konecny and the first, which isn't close to what Arizona would be asking for their best player.
