Landeskog would be very silly to leave Colorado for Detroit.
The Goligoski signing isnt too interesting tbh, id rather try and use the cap in ways that will be more beneficial long term, though determining what that will be is tricky. Cap dump trades may be an option, but will always be unpopular and GMs will want to avoid them where possible. idk. I dont see big swings on a meh UFA.

If he is going to sign for 7X7.7 Colorado will easily do this. And on the open market landeskog probably gets around 7X9/10

Landeskog can get better deals sure but a Swede coming to Detroit on a smart deal [7x8 or better] isn't far fetched AND I don't think Colorado can offer him north of 7.5m and maintain their cup goals. How quickly we forget his time in Col as a "C" has been far from smooth.

Goligoski fills a giant need to play competent D and help the young core AND he can be flipped as per your "better cap use" with 13M left to spend. I think of all the FA out there Goli and Kog would be the only ones Stevie Y can "convince" to come to Detroit.

Yzerman isn't going to give Vrana 2yr deal that expires as he becomes a UFA. $4.5M isn't enough Vrana 8 goals in 11 games Detroit needs him to stay and Shouldn't give him reasons to leave. Keeping Vrana in Detroit is far more important than brining in Landeskog who i doubt would even come to Detroit at this point. Bertuzzi will probably get 4 to 5 years. Right now Berggren is better than Raymond and more than likely will make the team right out of camp. Raymond will need at least a year in the AHL to bulk up and and get used to playing pro hockey in North America.
