This makes no sense for either team..
Moving a goaltender that plays that significant of a role in a teams success, sets them back even further in their rebuild. Gibson isn't a top 5 goalie, not even a top 15, but there's no argument against him not being the sole reason why the team is in games most of the time. Not to mention that Buffalo has their own young goaltender that they're looking to build around. It's also not smart to throw Dostal to the wolves behind such a bad defence and make him the starter at such a young age. He's not ready to be a backbone that's needed for a defence like this.
A package for Eichel would likely revolve around a top 5 pick + Drysdale + 1 of Steel or Lundestrom, but even from there you're likely adding more. The basis of your proposal just doesn't make sense for either side really.
