Description

Don't see Joe, Spezza, Simmons and Bogosian as long term options. Kept Joe & Spezza out of respect for their distinguished careers.
Barabanov & Lehtonen previously played mostly on the right side before coming here. I think both have to be given sufficient ice time to prove their worth.
If Bennett doesn't work out he can be moved in the offseason.
I see Kahun as a solid 4th liner who can move to LW, RW, or C.
I know I will get heat over Thornton, Spezza, Simmons and Bogosian but at least Vesey is gone!
I think Toronto has the resources to develop both Mete and Galchenyuk whether it be on the Taxi Squad or with the Marlies.

Leafs aren't trading the Wayne Train when they specifically got him for the playoffs. His gritty game will be needed when the refs throw the whistles away.

Trading Simmonds would be dumb.

Vesey isn’t actually bad, just not in the top 9.

Bogosian and Boyd are two of four guys, i believe, with cup experience on this team... and both of them look good. Trading them would be another mistake.

If Bennet was on this team, he wouldn’t be 3C. Besides, the HEM line has been my favourite line this team has had in awhile, and it works really well.
