Don't worry about the value of the deals looking ahead next year lets say the bruins move on from krejci and kuraly and this is the current roster .

the 3 dmen who will be protected are pretty obvious Mcavoy Carlo and Grz

for the forwards i have 6 players that will be protected bergy, marchand, pasta, coyle, smith, and debrusk. leaving that last spot for honestly is probably going to be for who ever plays the best this season between ritchie, bjork, kase and also is fredric (if he plays 20 more games this season...which is pretty much a lock)

who do you think the last forward protected will be and who will seattle target.

First off... Frederic is available to be picked (unless hes protected) regardless of how many games hes played (hes had 2 years of pro experience)

With the way Ritchie is playing i can see him being picked, but Bjork still seems to be the favorite due to sample size and upside.

Seattle likely selects Bjork.

I think kase could be left unprotected because of his injury history, i don't think seattle would risk taking a guy with a severe concussion history

Think they'll protect exactly those who @bhavikp27 claimed there, but I think that if Zboril or Lauzon play relatively good seasons they might be picking one of them instead of Bjork.
