3 way trade is it worth it for all 3 teams

Theres zero chance i do that. The juice is not worth the squeeze. Retaining 3m for 7 years is awful, then we add a first round pick in a good draft on top. Plus i hate myers from his days here, and i want no part of baertschi who vancouver fans have been trying to give away for years. At that point we are better off buying skinner out at 2.4m for 12 years, and if kevyn adams wants to give up a future first for manson, he can do it direct.

So we give up Josh Manson in return for a first-round draft pick THREE DRAFTS from now?!?

What is the explanation on how that is worth it for the Sabres??

All the trades are worth it for Vancouver. Every other team loses out...

How about instead:

Canucks trade Virtanen and Eriksson (1 yr at 6 mill instead of Myers 3yr at 6 mill) to buffalo for skinner 3million retained, and their 2023 2nd rounder.

Then Canucks trade something like jet woo and buffalo’s 2nd round pick in 2023 to Anaheim for Josh Manson.

This way, Buffalo is only paying a 2nd to dump skinner by taking on Eriksson final year, they get a “replacement” winger in Virtanen, and Anaheim gets a prospect only 1-2 years away from (hopeful) nhl appearances instead of waiting 5 years for that 1st rounder to maybe develop into something.

Canucks maybe have to include Baertschi in the Anaheim trade or something to make the cap work. Or Anaheim retains
