Can Edm and Buffalo help each other

Just a brief description about this one, and I don't follow both teams closely so its could be way off:

The Buffalo trade in a couple shutdown guys going for some puck moving guys on the back end. I really like the possibility of pair Larsson with Rasums in Buffalo very interested in Nurse with Rasto (free him) Plus Montour is a solid option for edmonton and Klefbom is that same solid option on a great contract for buffalo. Followed by a swap of of a 7th overall for a 10th overall. Buffalo loses a bit on this portion but comes out ahead on the other portion of that trade. Edm gains that third line centre and Buffalo gets a promising rd guy that could be a stud.
Verdict: Buf sets their defense core with some shutdown guys to go with their young show pieces on the back end. Edm gets a Norhtern boy 3C that becomes a core piece while transitioning their backline to more off a puck moving unit.

Van trade: This one was to get some feedback on. I don't know if Van would do it (divisional, will want to hold onto him until the trade deadline.) I don't know if Edm would do it (12th overall) but the case for both: Van is going need to trade Demko sometime next year or risk losing him to Seattle. Edmonton doesn't have a lot of draft picks this year but Edmonton should be in win now mode. They can't wait to develop a goalie for 4 years and this might give them a good shot at landing a potential solid number 1 option.
