Why are you picking the Rangers as a target for 2 players signed for less than 3 years? Neither makes sense. But also it's laughably off in value.

Realistically this trade would look something like

Rakell + Lindholm for Strome + Trouba. With maybe minor additional pieces after that.

I mean.... those 2 sides have equal value. It becomes a team control for cap hit trade.

Rakell + Lindholm for Strome + Trouba is one of the most saddest excuse of a trade I've seen on this site. It favors NYR so much. Trouba's contract is terrible and Strome is a product of Panarin.
