Description

Remember, he preached patience. I hope that (for this season) none of the top prospects see REGULAR time. Spot time for injuries is fine. Point is, Detroit is in for a rough season. Let that play out, let the top young guys gain experience in Grand Rapids together and go for a Calder cup run. This allows Yzerman to let money come off the books and have another high draft pick before many of the young prospects have regular spots in 2020-21.

Ive set up the “Non roster” with what I’d like to also see in Grand Rapids. It allows for young top 6 and top 4 prospects to play in those roles.

non-roster isnt showing. i dont believe it shows ahl normally. just call them all up and put them in order underneith some created spacer players.

I'm not sure if dekeyzer is any good anymore to trade.

I would move him and Ericsson if they even had value. Until they do, just interchange them with the 3rd pair guys. As for dekeyser, he had a better year last year but I feel you’d have to retain salary to get anything of value. Doubt Yzerman would do that.
