Description

With quite a few sizable contracts expiring (filp and read) and possible deadline or offseason trade of lehtera flyers have bags of cap space available. Who will hexy go for??
I went with E.Kane, I know he's had off ice issues before but hopefully he will grow out of them as he gets older and matures (if possable).
There are other alternative JVR, Neal, Nash etc. But Kane is that bit younger than those mentioned and fits the age of the team better And is someone who can score

I think Kane will get at least 6 mil next year. He had 28 goals last year and has a real chance to get 30 this year. As for the off ice issues those seem to be over. It looks like the last arrest or whatever it was at the bar was the last thing and that was a year ago

I think those off ice issues are in the past, may not be a factor at all. The question will be his play and can he continue his fine play, especially in the second half of last season. Funny it seem like Kane has been around forever....he played for Atlanta, but he's only 26.

I do like it as it gives you a power F for insurance that Simmonds is traded or leaves FA. I do think if he repeats this year in Goals he get 6-6.5 per. I do love a first line of Kane-Giroux-Voracek

Good to see most of you agree, i would be willing to add an extra mill on top to get Kane as flyers will have a fair bit of cap space come next year. I do think Hexy will spend some (not all the spare cap) as it shows we are nearing to become a regular post season team again and start contending for the cup once more.

There's plenty to go around I think we have more than enough to sign those mentioned as Weal, Raffl and at least one of the goalies will be coming off the books creating 5-5.5mill to add to the 10-11mill totalling 15-16.5 to resign key pieces. That's 2-2.5 to Simmonds, 3-3.5 to TK and 4.5-5.5 to Provy should have bout 5 mill spare after that.
