I personally would make that trade if I was the Hawks. In my opinion Jeannot brings something to the lineup Chicago have very little of.

Additionally, if it doesn’t work out, teams are always looking for big, physical grinders for the playoffs, the Hawks could get the puck back at the TDL.

Maybe because he gets 4th line minutes in Tampa. No powerplay time. And has battled injures his entire time here. He is not a top 6 player that was more a dis at how little talent u guys have but given a bigger role he can and will produce

I’m bringing him in as a 3/4th liner who can provide and physicality, hopefully he recovers a bit of the scoring touch he showed in Nashville and will be there to make other teams think twice about taking liberties with the young guys. We can’t expect all of that responsibility to fall on a mid thirties Foligno.

Also, as I mentioned in my previous posts, teams are always looking for this type of player at the TDL so if it doesn’t work out you could probably get a similar pick back by moving him to a playoff team.
