He just keeps pushing the puck up the ice and winning puck battles. He is relentless on the forecheck, goes to the tough areas, and plays like he's a foot taller.

Things got a bit stale in CGY, but you can pencil him in for 20-25G, 40-50P next season. Most of them will come 5 on 5.

I like Mangiapane for the Caps, and a 2025 Col 2nd is going to come in around 55+, so it's not much. But, jeesh, adding that 5.8 million cap hit for the Caps is restricting.
Good move for Calgary. Almost a fair deal.

That's pretty much a certainty at this point. I don't think you trade for a guy who makes the same money as Oshie unless you're reasonably sure he isn't coming back. Or you're also moving out money to balance the books, most likely one of your RD in TvR or Jensen.

Every better winger that signs for less than 6 mill makes this trade look worse and worse.
