Description

Tell me what y'all think. Trying to find a middle path to remain a top tier competitor while also staying somewhat young for the future. I don't know if every cap number is right but I feel that all deals are at least within striking distance/money can be found through cap maneuvering

I would prefer Tommy Novak to Nyquist but I have a feeling Nash wouldn't part with both Novak and Evangelista. The picks come in because Nyquist is 34 and a UFA. Though I think that helps as it frees cap for next year IF we can't get Novak with Evangelista.

I'll jump on that wagon and make it a third.

That said, I'd be potentially OK with Nyquist and Tomasino as pieces going for a Necas deal.

Sure, but that offer definitely gets beat.

I think 22OA and Tomasino is a fair price. I'd rather keep what NSH has and draft a defenceman instead though. There are enough wing prospects in the system that trading for Necas and paying him $6-8M or whatever he's looking for isn't worth it to me.
