Hawks are likely done collecting cap dumps for mid round picks. Hawks have plenty already in the next 3 drafts. If the cap dump doesn't come with at least a 2nd round pick, Hawks probably aren't interested. Especially for a guy who cant even play.

Why would we be looking to lock up $8,000,000+ when we have to resign McTavish next off season and then the following one we have Carlsson Zegras Mintyukov Zellweger Gauchier who will all likely be owed big money on top of others

yeah but you guys were saying mikeyev and a 2nd to dumb his contract, mikeyev has basically a 5mill cap while poolman has a 2.5 million in my personal opinion i think the 3rd is just right for this deal and anything higher than that is unreasonable and i think hawks would understand that but to each their own and thanks for the feedback!
