In my opinion Crosby is the G.O.A.T
What he has done and what he is continuing to do to this day is unbelievable. The points the awards the trophy’s he is a proven winner at every stage and isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. He could be a player that plays till he’s 45 and no one would be surprised if he did.
But McDavid would be amazing in the 80s. Probably would have more points the Gretzky during that time no doubt about it

Don’t get me wrong, McDavid is one of the greatest players of all time already. I’m not the biggest believer that Stanley cups make you a better player then another, but Crosby has 3 cups to McDavids 0 plus what Crosby has done internationally is incredible. I just think Crosby is G.O.A.T, but maybe in 10 years McDavid will pass Crosby. But for now, in my opinion, Crosby is the best
