I don’t hate this team but I doubt kings give up 4 1sts in a row but then again, this is taking the Vegas route. Pay to win.

There's nothing in that Vegas package worth a 1st round pick.

Buchnevich is probably worth a 1st, but I wouldn't give one up for him. The Kings have other more glaring holes that need fixing before adding yet another left-handed winger.

Spence is worth more than Perbix, even without an extension in place. Spence is a RFA without arbitration rights. Not having a contract right now isn't a big deal.

Vegas deal is a bit steep but I dont hate it. I'm not sure they'd do it. That's two pretty big pieces they're letting go for someone who might not even really be a contributor to their team. And let's be honest, they're still gonna be in 'win now' mode.

Similar with Buchnevich, I don't think STL do that deal either. Plus, I highly doubt the Blues are among the teams Gavrikov would waive his full NMC for. It's hard to see Gavy waiving it at all.

I dont think we should be adding anything in a Perbix-Spence swap deal. Spence is the better player imo, and leads in most underlying metrics. Obviously Perbix is bigger, but size is not the issue with Spence, he can defend just fine with positioning and hockey IQ.

The Wild already lead the league in dinks, they certainly don’t need another!
