I think the Flames could make an offer for Zegras but it wouldn't be this.

Anaheim would likely want a youngish player who could at least play on the second line, and then pieces to make the trade fair. Someone like Sharangovich might be an acceptable player, but the Flames would likely need to add the 28th overall or a good prospect to make this deal work.
