Oi vey... Toffoli was openly shopped, Buch is not on the market. If you insist on comps, at least pick one that comps.

Holtz is likely of little interest, same goes for piddly picks. This offer is easily bested.

I'm really high on Buch and I think the deal is pretty fair overall but NJD doesn't need another winger.

At the time of that trade, Vancouver had the best record in NHL, so pick was very end of 1st round. According to PuckPedia, the value gap between the 10th and end of round pick is equal to 16th overall. Kuzmenko was a cap dump to clear space for Lindholm. Jurmo is a long-shot depth piece. Brzustewicz is a decent B+ prospect. A 4th is a 4th.

A Lindholm comp would be Palat, Casey, Orlov, 10th overall, 4th rounder for Buchnevich and 16th overall.

You know me, I don't generally do comps unless it's retention or a 3D or backup goalie, stuff like that. And like Army, I want to keep Buch but won't say he's untouchable.
