Naa, they are not signing Stephenson, Briere already stated that they ain't going to throw in lots of money in FAs. That's also way too much money for Zamula and Brink.

TK is great but the issue is there seem to be a lot of possible RW's on the market and it just so happens to be Nashville's most clogged position in the pipeline. They are an interesting team for sure.

Brink won’t get more than $2M and Zamula would be lucky to get more than $1.5M. The Atkinson trade is interesting but I’d rather just buy him out and keep our 2nd. TK is interesting but feels like I’d rather have a really good prospect instead of two later 2nds

I think NSH would consider this deal if the 1st was one of their 1st round picks for 2025 instead. Yes RW is NSH's most clogged spot, but most of the prospects are still VERY young (Evangelista, who is 22 is the oldest of the group, with Kemell being 20, and Wood having just turned 19. NSH is in desperate need of goal-scoring and after hunting for a 2C upgrade in the offseason is likely going to be looking for a 1RW upgrade going into next year as none of the prospects are truly ready for 1st-line NHL minutes. Someone like Konecny, based on his age, could fit well with the group playing alongside Forsberg and ROR while acting as the bridge between now and when those players are truly ready for 1st line minutes.
