Xhekaj brings us an element we don't have a lot of. He's worth more to us than we could expect to get in return from a trade.

No, he's not worth 3 firsts. But he is the kind of player we need, he does fill an important role, and if we move him, we will leave a hole. Yeah, he'll probably be a 4/5 dman, who sometimes gets some PP2 time because he has a cannon of a shot. But we need his toughness. So to get us to part with him, someone will have to overpay.
