Yes he would CONSIDER. Not saying he’s accepting. Perhaps you didn’t know he tried hard trading for Markstrom and the first was probably involved. Fitzgerald never got a real goalie since becoming GM. He never addressed that. Don’t be surprised if he overpaid for one..

You left 20 million in cap space on the table. I would think Conroy would pick up a couple more free agents, instead of promoting Honzek and Brew. Seasoning in the AHL is more important than NHL ice time.
