Better to go after Lindholm instead of trading assets for a guy that isn't even a 1C

Karlsson, Toffoli, and Forsberg. Three guys that do not move the needle at all that cost $13m combined. Toffoli and Karlsson on three year deals in their 30s. Toffoli is already old and slow. I'd rather keep that cap space even if there is 1% chance the Bruins could sign Draisaitl as a UFA.

I didn't say they would. Just posted that I would prefer that instead of acquiring players that are past their prime on $6m deals.

Toffoli also fit other parts of his discussion and I don’t view him as a bad skater at all. Skilled scorer too. Not my first choice, but he’d be a useful add.

Karlsson trade maybe an overpay but I really like the fit. Think Chychrun would not happen takes Lohrei's ice time and they are not gonna give him the 6 mil he wants next offseason. Would rather try for Batherson or just take a 1st. Also doesn't seem like Ullmark will waive for Canadian teams unless he gets a huge extension.
