You really need to consider what other teams want or need if you want to make good proposals, the Minnesota trade is laughable

I don't think the Ducks would want Graves just based on the time remaining in his deal and that they're too crowded on the left side. I'm sure they wouldn't mind trading Leason. But has Graves really played that poorly, that you'd give him up for a bottom 6 player?

It was certainly unexpected and you're right about the physicality aspect. Do we feel like him and Max Jones are the kinda the same player? And does that mean Jonesy is probably gone?

I'd be shocked if Jones is back. Verbeek can't upgrade the bottom six if all he does is hang on to all the guys that played there last season. I wish it was McGinn out the door instead but that contract is a real problem unless his back is bad enough to stash him on LTIR for a lot of the season.
