The package sent isnt horrible. It may not be a 2024 1st but you get a 2025 one, plus a good D prospect, a forward needing more opportunity, and a very solid F prospect who is going to be a valuable NHL player imo

It’s definitely not horrible but the Flyers are going to want quality of quantity. If Buffalo really loads up and makes the playoffs then a late 1st and a couple of decent prospects isn’t nearly as valuable as the first this year and one of ur better prospects and it would probably get out bid tbh. For example, Ottawa could easily offer more than the above and so could a bunch of other teams especially if he comes with an extension and or the flyers retain on him for this year
