As far as Hart, it has nothing to do points. It's most valuable.
Does TB win games without Kucherov, yes. He's not carrying TB on his back and that's really the issue there.
No one looks at him that way, and until that changes no one is going to vote for him.
But you can't say the same when looking at other guys on that list, McDavid, Crosby for sure especially this year, Pasta has had the problem in the past of being surrounded by help. But maybe this year he gets more of a look with no Bergeron. For sure when Brad retires people will look at him more as the guy in BOS. I'd say his chances this year are as good as they have ever been.
Of course there is Mac as well. But I think the biggest issue there is the help he has as well. He's got just as much help as Kuch, hell he's got a 100pt player on his line. Although he's done more with it.
